You can find thousands of 3D models online. Free model sites include MakerWorld, Printables and Thingiverse, and you can buy premium designs on marketplaces like Cults3D, MyMiniFactory and CGTrader. Search for what you want, download the STL or 3MF file, then upload it here to get your price.

Terms and policies

PrintLabHyd (Print Lab Hyderabad) is a 3D printing service based in Hyderabad, Telangana. By placing an order you agree to the policies below.

Terms & Conditions

  • We print custom plastic items from 3D model files (STL or 3MF) that you upload.
  • The printing price is calculated from your file and the options you choose, and is shown before you pay. It includes material, machine time, an order fee, a safety surcharge of ₹20 per 120 g and payment processing.
  • Please upload only designs you own or have permission to use. Your files are used only to print your order.
  • Colours and small details can look slightly different from the on-screen preview.
  • Prices may change in future. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We deliver within Hyderabad only, up to about 30 km from Kokapet.
  • Orders are printed Monday to Friday and delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Orders paid by Thursday 9 pm are delivered that weekend.
  • Delivery is by Rapido or Uber bike courier. The delivery fare is paid by you to the rider on delivery. The amount shown on this site is an estimate.
  • Weekday early delivery costs ₹25 extra, paid with the printing fees.
  • Free pickup is available near Kokapet ORR Exit 1A by appointment. The pickup address is shared after you order.
  • Bike delivery is limited to 5 kg. Heavier orders are pickup only.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel for a full refund before printing starts. Message us with your order ID.
  • Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled, as each item is made to your file.
  • If we can't print your file as uploaded (damaged file, walls too thin, too big for our printer), you get a full refund.
  • If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address and model files only to process and deliver your order.
  • We don't sell or share your details or files with anyone, except your address and phone number with the delivery rider.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
  • You can ask us to delete your details and files at any time.
